ISL8485EIBZ

ISL8485EIBZ adalah transceiver BiCMOS 5V yang dapat memenuhi standar komunikasi RS-485 dan RS-422 untuk transmisi data diferensial jarak jauh. Chip transceiver ini dibuat untuk lingkungan industri yang memerlukan ketahanan tinggi terhadap gangguan elektrostatis.

Setiap pin driver output dan receiver input pada transceiver ini dilindungi terhadap terjadinya ESD hingga 15kV tanpa menyebabkan adanya latch-up. Tidak seperti perangkat yang lain, chip ini didesain spesifik untuk toleransi suplai arus hingga 10% (4.5 hingga 5.5V)
