Shipping and handling
We can only deliver your order by using a courier, currently FedEx (world wide) and JNE (Indonesia). Shipping cost include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling and packing fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight, location and shipping method. You will have the option to select shipping method before committing your order in the checkout page. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with the tracking number of your package.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping cost will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We are normally able to ship order from stock within 2 business day. If there is a delay we will inform you by email with the expected shipment date. If the delay is too long, you may cancelled the order without penalty. Our business days are Monday to Friday (08.00am till 05.00pm) and Saturday (08.00am till 04.00pm) at GMT+7 time zone. However, we cannot ship your order on Saturday via FedEx because there is an additional charge for saturday and holiday pickup.
Price and stock
All prices are in US Dollar and Indonesian Rupiah, DigiWare always trying to show latest info about price and stock on this site. However, price and stock are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Our prices exclude VAT (Value Added Tax), however some country may have local taxes. We are not responsible for any taxes charged by your country.
All of our products are 100% tested by its manufacturer. We have no control over the correct use, installation, application or maintenance of our products, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any damages, losses or costs resulting from the use of the product. If you belive the product is faulty, you may contact our technical support via our Contact page. We may be able to sort any problems you're having without having to return the product.
