MRF24J40-I/ML merupakan RF transceiver 2.4 GHz dengan protokol jaringan standar IEEE 802.15.4. MRF24J40-I/ML menghadirkan solusi fungsi PHY dan MAC dalam sebuah chip tunggal. MRF24J40-I/ML dapat difungsikan untuk membangun jaringan Wireless Personal Area Network (WPAN) dengan kecepatan data 250 Kbps / 650 Kbps. Jaringan WPAN biasa kita temui pada protokol ZigBee, MiWi, dan MiWi P2P.
