24WC128J

24WC128J merupakan 128K-bit I2C serial CMOS EEPROM yang memiliki teknologi low-power CMOS, yang beroperasi dari 1.8V sampai 6V, dan mendukung 1 MHz I2C bus interface. Perangkat ini juga memiliki 64-bit page write buffer, self-timed write cycle dengan auto-clear, dan menawarkan hingga 100.000 program/erase cycles dengan retain data hingga 100 tahun. Chip ini juga terdapat fitur write protect yang menjaga seluruh array memory ketika pin WP terpasang pada VIH.
